• Do I need InDesign or QuarkXPress in order to use Exportools Professional 3.0?

Yes. You need Adobe InDesign CS3/CS4/CS5 to output InDesign documents, or QuarkXPress 8 to output QuarkXPress documents. Exportools Professional automates the batch process, but the actual output is still performed by the host application, whether it’s InDesign or QuarkXPress .

• Does Exportools Professional 3.0 support Tiger/Leopard/PowerPC?

No. We wanted to create a product from the ground-up that will meet the future technology challenges, and we couldn’t have done in time to support older operating systems and hardware. That’s why we took the decision to make it for OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and multicore Intel processors only.

• Does Exportools Professional 3.0 work with my older InDesign or QuarkXPress documents?

Yes, if those documents can be open by either InDesign CS3/CS4/CS5 or QuarkXPress 8.

• Do you have a trial version of Exportools Professional 3.0?

Yes. Simply click the Download button above to install the 30-day trial version. This version is exactly the same as the commercial version, with no features disabled. Once you decide to purchase, you can unlock the 30-day limitation by purchasing a serial number and activating the product.

• Is there an upgrade path if I already own Exportools, Printools or a previous version of Exportools Professional?

• Do you have a version for Windows?

No. Exportools Professional is Mac only.
